My family & I had a great week long stay at the beach. The location & view was great. The pool was great to enjoy with my kids. The house & layout was great.
An exceptional house! Very clean and spacious for a family of 9. Loved the area, very peaceful and quiet over looking the water. Will definitely stay here again but maybe for 2 weeks next year. Loved it!

It was the best house we have stayed in by far! Perfect for our family and kids. The pool was great! My only feedback would be that we should have access to the balcony from our master rooms. They were locked and we would wake the kids up in the living room going out to the balcony to watch the sunrise. Otherwise, this is an awesome house. Perfect space and setup and a beautiful location. We had a blast!!!

We stayed in Barbees Flamingo in July and loved it. It was perfect for our family. The guys loved the channel access to fish and the grandkids loved the pool. This was probably one of the most perfect vacations we have had as a family.
Nice view for sunrise/sunsets. Enjoyed the pool.
There are things that could use replacing- outdoor furniture, kitchenware, rugs. A few windows could use curtains. The new couch (from pictures) and dock/decking was an awesome surprise!

The view is awesome! We love being on the channel and kayaking and fishing. And that it is pet friendly.
