Nice view, clean place, well furnished and comfortable. Been staying in the area since 2012 ish and it is the nicest condo i have stayed in.
The condo is beautiful and clean.

Beautifully decorated! Kitchen had an abundance of plate and pots, etc. for our needs. Two parking spaces was a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean. We were unable to see the sunrise from our balcony, but we walked up to the point and saw majestic sunrises! Sadly, the sun deck was closed to lying out in the sun and walking to the ocean. A nearby walkway to the beach was acceptable. We plan to return.
Great location and condo. It was up to date and modern and exactly what we were looking for as an oceanfront condo!
We stayed in Carolina Dunes 301. The room is very nicely updated. I could say a thousand great things about it. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The only few things that could be improved upon. Fans in the bathrooms, a wisk for the kitchen, with the linen package (more towels, add hand towels, and kitchen washcloths) More room keys provided, we had 2 for 6 adults. We love Carolina Dunes, we come here every year. Perfect location and great indoor pool to escape the really hot days.
There were a couple of small issues with the rental, but Elliott’s team was quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend Elliott Beach Rentals for a beach getaway!
Condo was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was efficient. Linens were on site. Other than a slight hiccup with the Wi-fi, everything has been very good.
Carolina Dunes 301 is SO nice. My family and I really enjoyed the modern upgrades. The owners have done a wonderful job in maintaining the property and we truly appreciated it! It is such a clean unit and the paint and decor are perfect.
We had a problem with the lock but Elliott Realty got us taken care of in a timely manner, someone;s linen was dropped off and we brought our own Elliott advised us to keep it which kept us from having to take it back to the office
