The best part of staying at Kathy’s Cottage was the pool. The cottage is spacious and we loved the four bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. The ample parking on sight was a plus and the large deck facing the ocean was great.

Kathy’s Cottage is a great place for family vacations. The ocean front location is beautiful and the sounds and ocean view can be enjoyed from the spacious upper deck even on rainy days. We also appreciated the 2nd refrigerator.
Our family is from the wonderful state of WV! We have had our family vacation trips to Myrtle Beach for the last 15 years! Kathy Cottage was our top 5 favorite place we’ve been! Thank you for allowing us to rent this cottage and share some wonderful memories that we will cherish forever!
What a great location with direct access to the beach. We didn’t have to cross any streets, drive and find a place to park or take a shuttle, it was very nice! The house itself was just the right size with a veranda/porch facing the ocean and my wife had her breakfast and coffee there each morning. The added pool was very nice as well as not everyone in our party are beach goers and my grandson spent considerable time in the pool as well as the beach. It was quiet too even though there were houses and condos adjacent. It’s not as large as some beach houses we’ve rented but it was cozy and just right for our family. Bathrooms were small but large enough. Finally the cottage was very neat and clean, we were well pleased. If there was any problem, and this I believe is out of the control of the owner and manager, is the high curbs caused our van to scrape the front bumper whenever we pulled out. It seems that every house or condo along the road had the identical problem as every curb has scrape marks. I found a method to alleviate it so in the end not a problem for us. To summarize this is a nice, clean, cozy home with easy and safe beach access!
Everything is great so far…the push stopper in the master bedroom bathroom sink is a bit crunchy, other then that we are pleased.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s Cottage. We loved the close access to the beach, the pool, the large deck, a bathroom in every bedroom, the large cooking area, and all the games for the family to play. It was well stocked, and we had everything we needed. We were very touched by Kathy’s story and feel so blessed to have been able to enjoy the beach house she loved so much. We will definitely recommend this place. We were also very pleased with Elliot beach rentals. Their customer service is excellent! I definitely recommend this company.
Our expectations were definitely met. Kathy’s Cottage was perfect for our family vacation. The house was just what we needed to have a great time. The pool was wonderful. The walkway to the beach was wonderful as well. And 4 bathrooms!!! What a plus. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. We will definitely be back. The communication with Elliott Beach Rental via phone , email and text was top notch as usual

We stayed at Kathy’s Cottage the week of 8/12-8/19 The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The deck is beautiful. The pool is terrific to refresh yourself after a day at the beach. Our only issue was the back door leading to the deck. It was difficult to open from the inside going outside. I’m sure being on the beach and the elements beats that up. Overall our week was great and the house met all our needs. “Kathy” would be happy about the memories we made.
