This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

To say it's spacious is understatement. From the oceanfront balcony and broad sundeck to six bedrooms and six baths, this non-smoking oceanfront vacation beach rental is more than up to the task of accommodating a large family. Everyone can spread out for a grand old time at Seals Gardner-- days on the beach, amusements galore, water sports, water rides and slides. The possibilities are, honestly, endless at this oceanfront beach vacation rental house.
The home's amenities include everything anyone might expect. There are flatscreen TVS and DVD players, as well as WIFI access. A covered and furnished porch is a perfect place for long conversations, catching up on reading, napping ... or doing nothing at all. Of course, the most fabulous amenity of all is the ocean itself, and its wide ribbon of shore. Frankly, not much else is needed. Days of laughing, splashing and napping take care of themselves. Before you and yours head inside, you can rinse away the day in the outside shower and drop your laundry in the washer and dryer.

The new living room sectional is a massive improvement! Great add. PLEASE switch the doors to smart locks. Having two keys for a six bedroom house is a pain.. The main walking areas are swept and toilets are cleaned Beachfront is fantastic and the pool is a great size and awesome for cooling off after an hot day on the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Loved being so close to the beach. The pool is larger than most, which is nice. Plenty of room for meals and games. We refer to the kitchen as a one person kitchen because it is so tight. This is our second time in the home so we knew the kitchen prep area was very small.
I saw the property from the lens of a camera. My daughter gave me a tour. The house is beautiful and the view was perfect

This is our second year staying at Seals Gardner, we love the location and the outdoor area with the pool and sundeck! Our only complaint continues to be the furniture in the living room as it is just not enough to accommodate for what the house is able to sleep. We really do enjoy our stay here!
We stayed in Seals Gardner this past week. The positives are, the house fit our needs with the space. The upper deck was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the sun because it was a little chilly during the week. The pool was nicely maintained and we had a few minor issues with the washer, dryer and the second story a/c upon arrival and we messaged via the link that was provided and it was handled and fixed in a timely manner. Great area, stores and restaurants with in walking distance and pretty quite and safe area.
Overall loved our stay. Can’t beat oceanfront.

The pool was pristine!
We just left this morning after a week long stay. Loved being beachfront for the first time after coming for for last discreet years. he house was perfect for our group. The pool was a great size as well. We enjoyed sitting in the back deck while drinking our morning coffee. We'll be looking forward to coming again next year.

Right on the beach. Nice pool and deck area. Inside the house is roomy. Suggestions: Full length mirror in rooms. More refrigerator space. Food storage area

This house was perfect for my family and I! Plenty of space for everyone with their own separate rooms and bathrooms, and most importantly the best view of the ocean! We enjoyed starting our days off on the beach and ending by the pool. It was perfect! We will be booking again for next year!
Beautiful place great views five star pool and deck the beds very comfortable. The only complaint is not enough living room furniture for amount of people.However we will definitely be staying there again.

The home is beautiful and well located. The yard and landscaping look great. The new deck and stairs seem like a good upgrade. The pool was in good order and clean. Coffee pot is on it’s last leg.
We had such a great time with family and friends here! The beach is not crowded in front of it, it was clean. It’s a cute little rustic place. Could use a sectional couch for how big the room is. The pool was heated and had a light which is perfect for those night swims.
We enjoyed the house, location, pool and beach, this home has room for 20 people but there is only seating for 5 people in living room, can you please add more
