This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The beach house features a gorgeous kitchen with soft white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Imagine the gourmet meals you can craft here! If you are in the mood for smokier flavors, take advantage of the grill outside. With white beadboard, plush furniture, artful decor, and tile and hardwood flooring throughout this beach rental house, luxury is your reality. Hear yourself sigh with happiness as you take in the panoramic oceanfront view from the living room, which is fitted with large windows. The round glass window set charmingly into the wall is reminiscent of the portholes of ships at sea.

On the offhand chance you can tear yourself away from admiring your Blessed for Shore beach house, there are flatscreen TVs for your entertainment, including a large TV in the living room, plus DVD players and WIFI. A washer and dryer are also thoughtfully included in your vacation beach house. Other inside amenities include a detached suite with a fridge, microwave, and shower. You will find glass tiled showers in two of the baths. From the street-side windows of your beach house, admire a view of the marsh. Slip outside onto the balconies of the Blessed for Shore vacation rental house, which are partially covered and partially exposed. Sit outside admiring the Atlantic Ocean, or jump into the gleaming swimming pool with cool touch pavers for a refreshing dip.
