This is our third year in a row for the same time, last week in July and we reserved it for next year at the same time. The place has everything we need and then some. We have four families and there was nothing here we can’t do. We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for 37 years now Cherry Grove to be precise. I am a fisherman and to catch fish right off of the dock catch crabs, right off of the dock, etc.. The grandkids absolutely love it. The pool is on the shady side of the house for the evening, which makes it perfect. We haven’t had a need for the elevator yet that may come in time. The kitchen is well stocked where we have not had to go out and buy a utensil because we needed one. The mattresses are very comfortable and not cheap ones. The one thing of inconvenience is the air conditioners right on the back deck over the pool where we would love to sit and play games and eat meals but it’s way too loud. I absolutely would put up a sound barrier wall so you didn’t see and or hear them. We thought one room with bunkbeds might be nice, but with all the closets windows and bathrooms there’s really no walls to put them on whether you would use them or not. The game room upstairs is very much used for all the board games. We play PlayStation Nintendo’s switches. The kids play all their games on the TV. I have one son-in-law that snores a lot so we occasionally put him out there so we don’t have to listen to him in the bedrooms maybe a sleeper couch up there would be helpful. Other than that the place is well equipped and in a perfect location for everyone who enjoys the beach and the sound. from parlor donuts to duck donuts to Platt seafood House, although we get our steamed crabs from Kroger and not a lot of people know that so keep it a secret. I visit the hardware store daily. One of my disappointments this year was not having a shower or Water downstairs in the fish cleaning station that I use a lot. It was very convenient to rinse sand off before the kids get in the pool. I do fillet my own flounder that I catch off of the dock and the blue Shell crabs that we make our soup with. That being said we love the place that’s why we reserve it for the last five years and will continue to do so as Able.

It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for our family. The elevator really helped, some of us are older with arthritis and bringing in luggage and groceries on the elevator was a great help.

The Best place I've stayed so far,family really enjoyed the kitchen and living area with so much room for all together,the elevator was great for my uncle who was wheelchair bound,the pla e was very clean and set up beautifully.

We had a great time with Elliott Beach Rentals! The location was perfect—close to the beach and surrounded by so many great restaurants and fun spots to explore. We really love this area and always enjoy coming back. There were a couple of small issues with the rental, but Elliott’s team was quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated.

Home is gorgeous and well-appointed. Comfortable! Lots of space to spread out or gather as a family. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in your home. Elevator should have written operational and trouble-shooting instructions.

Gorgeous and spacious home with large kitchen and amazing channel views. Lots of space to spread out or gather as a family. Many lightbulbs throughout the home are burnt out. Elevator should have written operational and trouble-shooting instructions. 

The house is very nice and basically well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and there were some nice little surprises such as hangers, hair dryers, and plastic storage containers for leftovers (so many rental owners don’t consider these small conveniences). The house provides a wonderful gathering place for our family, and the elevator allows our grandson to freely and independently navigate different levels. The lower king bed on the top level and large bathroom have also been great for accommodating his needs.

We had a great time on our Vacation. This house was amazing has everything you need.
