This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Carter and Owen’s Place is a cozy smoke-free, pet-friendly rental house located on a channel in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This affordable waterfront house is a short walk or bicycle ride from the Atlantic Ocean and has ample off-street parking to accommodate 6 vehicles. An outside shower can be used to rinse sand off your feet after visiting the beach.
Hate to have to kennel your pet during vacation? At Carter and Owen’s Place, your pet is welcome to come along and enjoy the family’s North Myrtle Beach vacation for a $300 refundable deposit. Imagine your pet’s delight as they frolic in the salty ocean water and lay beside you on the warm soft sand. These are great memories to share with your pet.
Guests can sleep comfortably in this three-bedroom rental house that has two full baths. A washer and dryer in the house will keep everyone’s clothes fresh and clean. There are flatscreen TVs and DVD players in Carter and Owen’s Place for days when you stay in and want to relax. You will be able to unwind and leave social media behind as there is no Internet service. Inside you will find a full stove and refrigerator to bake a pizza and cooks eggs and pancakes for breakfast. You will be snug year-round as the rental has central air and heat. Whether you plan to rent Carter and Owen’s House for several days or a week, there are plenty of things to do.
Nearby activities include Jet Ski and boat rentals, golf and mini golf courses, helicopter rides, go kart tracks, water parks, amusement parks, museums and more. North Myrtle Beach has wineries, breakfast houses and casual and fine dining restaurants. There are also beach stores, convenience stores and grocery stores for all your summer vacation needs.
When you are ready to take a vacation with your best friend, be sure to rent Carter and Owen’s Place in North Myrtle Beach so you won’t have to leave them at home.
