This is the 3rd year we have had a large family vacation of 28 under the same roof and this year Dozen Cousin Cove definitely had the best bed configuration to accommodate our multi generations in attendance. It is also the nicest furnished and has had the best equipped kitchen thus far. We enjoyed it so much that we booked it again for next year with the help of Melissa- my go to booking agent!
We love the house and location. Would love to have had kitchen linens. Stove does not work very well. Could use some storage containers for leftovers and better pots and pans. Very clean and a very nice layout.

We couldn’t be happier with this property so far !!! We have found this to be an exceptional property and the best place we have ever stayed to date ,and we have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 40 years! The water in the kitchen sinks does not get very hot, only lukewarm, and it is hard to wash dishes in lukewarm water.
Other than that, we are all very impressed at how well the house is maintained, and we are so pleased with the layout and the beauty of the house!
Our family has vacationed in North Myrtle Beach for over 40 years, we now have 22 extended family members and we needed a house with at least 9 bedrooms. We loved our former beach house but it only had 8. I was very nervous that the family would not like this house as much, but turns out everyone liked it even more !! There is amazing attention to detail, stylish hooks in every bedroom and bathroom and plentiful outlets in every bedroom to charge phones and tablets. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with beautiful dishes and cookware, utensils, and kitchen needs. We were used to having two refrigerators, two ovens, and two dishwashers, but this house also has two kitchen sinks that proved to be very helpful! The bar area is also well stocked with wine glasses, and a wine fridge and a icemaker. I think what my family loved. The most was the absolutely gorgeous decor. The house had a beach like feel but nothing cheesy or cheap. Every bedroom was decorated beautifully, and the house in general was just outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation last week, and hope to stay here every year for many more years ! Kudos to the owners for having one of the best beach houses in all of Myrtle Beach 👏👏👏
We loved the spacious kitchen and living area, beautiful private pool, uncrowded beach, large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, theater room with very comfortable seating, and more than enough room for our large family group to spread out. It's the nicest place we have ever stayed at North Myrtle Beach!

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve enjoyed in the Myrtle Beach area. We go every year so are very familiar with MB. We truly enjoyed the large & comfortable common spaces on the first & second floors. The kitchen had everything we needed, which is saying a lot since we prepared Thanksgiving dinner alongside many other meals. The bedrooms were all a good size too. The mattresses felt like tempur-pedicas and were incredibly comfortable. Pretty amazing for a rental home. We would definitely book again for our family. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Dozen Cousins Cove. You thought of everything! The house is beautiful inside and out. Amazing kitchen and fully stocked for preparing any kind of meal. Each room with its own full bathroom, love the bunk bed rooms. An amazing theatre and separate game room. Beautiful views of the ocean on every floor and our own beautiful pool to enjoy to ourselves. Truly, an amazing experience. Thank you!!

House is very nice and we are really enjoying our stay. Only issue is with hot tub and the instructions. they differ from screen displayed and were not able to turn jets or blower on.

SPECTACULAR home in the perfect location! This house is well stocked and had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone! The ocean/beach view is absolutely amazing from its 3 decks, along with its gorgeous pool and hot tub! The theater bonus room was perfect to end each day and was so much fun! Highly recommended!!
The name of this house was perfect for us I stayed with my cousins and we created such great memories. The house is fantastic! We drank our coffee every morning on the patio and then went straight down to the beach for a walk. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the day. The game room and movie room were awesome. Rain or shine this house is perfect. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. I was there with my cousins so the name of the house was cute for us.. Will definitely go back!
Absolutely the nicest place I have ever stayed. We just finished a cousins trip-our rental name was so fitting! This house has everything you need. I would stay there every visit. I am now spoiled on rentals.

Such a beautiful place! The attention to detail was amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked—we had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. The stovetop only allowed two burners to work at once, which made cooking for a large group challenging. If it was user error, a short guide instead of the link to the owner’s manual would be helpful. Also, the mattresses weren’t very comfortable—adding a nice topper may help. Also, providing makeup washcloths would be a great touch to help protect the regular towels. Overall such a great place! Thank you for hosting us.
We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully decorated and had stunning ocean views. The pool was great, and the hot tub was nice and hot—perfect for relaxing. There was plenty of seating both inside and out, with super comfortable chairs and couches. Everything was well thought out for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back!
Love the home, location, amenities and host company was very communicative. The only thing I’d add as a note for guests is to bring Tupperware and stuff to put leftover food in.

Every part of this experience with Elliott Realty was great. From beginning with Brooklynn, Sadler and Taylor helping me find the best house for all of my family.(Dozen Cousin Cove, 9 bedroom house with amazing room and pool.) And then a second condo for the remaining family. ( Pier Watch II 307,with 6 bedrooms and plenty of room. This is our 3rd year doing it down here and this year just outshined all of them. We had a total of about 30 people and everyone was happy and satisfied with everything. The check-in with Emily was great and easy. Then upon check out received a call from Nick, who wanted to make sure our stay was good and to our expectations, he was extremely nice. We well be definitely becoming back again next.
