This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced – any violation will result in eviction.
Crescent Beach is a lovely spot to enjoy North Myrtle Beach, with a relaxed coastal feel and plenty of opportunities for beach days and family fun. Gator Getaway gives your group room to spread out, with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests.
The 32-foot pool is a standout feature, with pool heating available March through May and September through November. After a swim, gather around the firepit or catch a game on the 75-inch outdoor TV. Inside, the game room has arcade games, a game table, and office space, while the two kitchens—each with a Keurig—make meals and morning coffee easy. Traveling with pets or bringing motorcycles, a trailer, or an RV? This home welcomes pets, allows motorcycles and trailers, and has an RV pad with hookups. An elevator, outdoor shower, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience.

Gator getaway was wonderful. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub. There were a few maintenance problems which we did address. And some small problems we just dealt with. This house has been perfect for what we needed and expected:)
We had an awesome stay at Gator Getaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was definitely one of the highlights—perfect for cooling off and spending time with family after a day at the beach. The location in North Myrtle Beach was great, making it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Overall, Gator Getaway was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely book it again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach getaway!
