This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Living Coastal is one of the best beach houses we have rented. The owners, Celia & Mike, came by to meet us & explain how to operate the spa heater & pool filter. Our group of 8 adults & 7 young children enjoyed the pool & spa so much. The owners provided extras such as kitchen towels & dishcloths, starter toilet paper, & little soaps. The bedrooms have very ample space. It was great to have en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The 2 half baths are very convenient. We appreciated having common areas on 2 floors to spread out We also spent much time on the 2 big furnished decks. The small ocean view & direct beach access across the street are great. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is very clean & well maintained.
This is one of the cleanest houses we have rented. The maintenance of this house is amazing. The flooring seems new. Everything inside and outside is in good shape. The members of our group agreed that this is the best house we have rented over the years. The owner clearly takes pride in the house and property. The pool and spa are wonderful!
Great house
This is my 3rd year in Living Coastal and i recommend it . Such a beautiful home with a beautiful view . Great location because there is walking distance to get to the main strip and shop downtown. i love this place so much. owners are so sweet and helpful. always making sure everything is okay and that we enjoyed our stay. Great place!
A great spot for a family vacation! The pool & hot tub were a family favorite! Beach access right across the street. FYI,… There are about six steps to get to the beach path. The owners stopped by to say hello & it gave it such a personal touch. We loved your artwork!! The home is tastefully decorated. Jeremiah 29:11 was on our bedroom wall and that’s the same verse we have on our bedroom wall at home! Pros -beautiful, clean home, each bedroom has a private bath. Pool can be heated during the cooler months. The elevator was awesome & definitely a step saver & a back saver! Cons-steps to the beach & the conflicting info from Elliott re: trash p/u.. I think it needs regular sofa for people w/ back issues. Overall, great vacation spot!!

Loved the house met with the owners, it was a pleasure to talk to them and get to know them. We loved that they came to check on us while we were here and make sure we were happy with everything. Had one issue and the home owner was on top of it to get it fixed. Great customer service all the way around
Beautiful home! We are already planning to stay again next year. Loved having private pool and hot tub. Gas grill by the pool area. The elevator was a great surprise! Quick walk across the street to the Ocean. You can see the Ocean from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Perfect home for family vacation ❤️
This beach house was perfect for our family. A lot of room for everyone. We loved the pool and hot tub. The elevator was very helpful as well. We look forward to staying here again next year!
This house was amazing perfect location. Great amount of dishes and cups could use some more pans but otherwise OUTSTANDING. Pool and hot tub were perfect.
The house is very nice. We jave stayed there twice. The pool is amazing. It is equipped with plenty of dishes and cups, but could use some more pots and pans and serving bowls. The king sized beds are firm.
