One Happy Place has a Private, Outdoor Swimming Pool with Overflow Spa.
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Luxury living means the ocean right in your backyard, a swimming pool that is just for you and your family, plenty of space to invite family and friends on a beach vacation with you, and of course, all the creature comforts of home: numerous TVs, WIFI and a washer and dryer, not to mention a fully furnished kitchen that invites the chefs in your group to prepare something amazing. One Happy Place is a large beach house. The bedrooms are remarkably configured so as to comfortably sleep several families. Where do all the kids sleep? In the bunk room, of course. This space is extra special for the grandkids, who can stay up late with their cousins and enjoy their own space. One Happy Place is designed for large family gatherings at any time of year.
In addition to all those bedrooms and beds, this luxury beach house has flat-screen TVs. The WIFI will definitely come in handy, especially for the golfers who want to peruse the wide selection of North Myrtle Beach area golf courses. Outside at One Happy Place, you will find a sparkling swimming pool with a spillover spa that is divine in the afternoon when the sun is so high in the sky. And the pool can be heated Oct-Mar for a fee. The outside shower is ideal after a day at the beach. Rinse off that sand and retreat inside for a bite to eat. This luxury rental has an oceanfront balcony, which might be the favored spot of the house. The sun rises just beyond your reach and over the Atlantic Ocean here on the East Coast and should not be missed by guests of One Happy Place. Seeing the light show that only nature can provide is a photographic opportunity to say the least.
Around town you can explore sculpture gardens, more than 1,500 restaurants, shopping galore and amusements and attractions too numerous to count.

Great floor plan. Nice to have upper bunks for the kids. Awesome deck with rocking chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved having a big kitchen island with two refrigerators. Enjoyed our stay.
We stayed at One Happy Place July 2025.. House layout, balconies, pool & hot tub, and beach view and access were exceptional. Would have liked midweek garbage pickup and another washer/dryer

Our entire experience was great! Check-in was a breeze and not complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The house was phenomenal. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately by the agency. 10 out of 10! See you 2025!
Our second stay at One Happy Place, enjoyed both stays. Had a few minor issues, but Ellliot BR had repair crews out on the Memorial Day holiday to take care of them. All in all a great place for a large group to stay.
VIP treatment at all levels of the company. And somehow they always deliver GREAT weather. We will be back.
