This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Take a sunny, seaside vacation and get away from the everyday stressors of life on the South Carolina shore. Gather your entire family and closest friends and rent Sand Dollar, an eight-bedroom, nine full bathroom beach house in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The house is a non-smoking property that includes four parking passes. It also sits next to the handicap beach access. Motorcycles nor trailers are allowed. Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, Sand Dollar is just steps from the ocean and minutes from numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Sand Dollar provides fabulous accommodations and amenities to please even the extended family. There is plenty of space with multiple balconies, living areas, and game rooms. Save some money and cook meals in the large kitchen. Cooking for a large crowd is easy with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two microwaves. Even with so many people, keeping up with laundry with an in-unit washer and dryer can be easy. Central heating and air conditioning keep the entire space comfortable. There is an elevator so you can easily get around and take luggage to the highest levels.
Entertainment is easy to find at Sand Dollar. Simply sitting on one of the decks while listening to the waves crash upon the shore is an easy way to relax. There is a game room with arcade games and a poker table. A separate room houses a billiard table. There are thirteen flatscreen TVs throughout the condo and complimentary WIFI. All ages will enjoy the sparkling outdoor swimming pool. The pool deck is surrounded by chaise lounges and a table and umbrella. The area is also fenced in, so you will have the privacy that is not provided at a condo or hotel.
Just a short distance from Sand Dollar is the Atlantic Ocean. You can quickly get to the beach from the house and spend as much time there as you please. Search for seashells to take home as keepsakes and build sandcastles with your children. There are several watersports to participate in, including parasailing, jet-skiing, paddle boarding, and surfing. Cherry Grove Pier is close by and has a two-story observation deck. You can spend the entire day fishing and sightseeing, watching porpoises, fish, and boats go by. Play in the waves and then relax on the sand for hours. There is an outdoor shower at Sand Dollar for you to rinse off pesky sand before heading indoors. Close by are arcades and mini-golf courses that will delight children of all ages. Spend the day looking for deals and the perfect souvenirs at the nearby Barefoot Landing and shopping complexes. You can catch live entertainment at places like the Alabama Theatre or the House of Blues. You are in for a fun-filled getaway when you rent Sand Dollar for your next beach vacation!
