This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

There are six bedrooms and five and one half baths in this amazing beach house rental. The kitchen has full-size, stainless appliances and it overlooks the great room so everyone can be part of the conversation whether you are playing a game at the dining table, snacking on appetizers at the breakfast bar or watching your favorite sport on TV in the living room. There is even a cool game room that becomes the favorite hang out for all ages. Complete with a wet bar and a pool table, along with a big-screen CCTV, this part of Savage Sands is great for the kids and teens that are vacationing with you.
Additional amenities include a convenient elevator that helps you get from floor to floor, especially with toddlers or groceries in tow. An outside shower makes it easy for you to rinse the sand from your toes and a washer and dryer enables you to keep your vacation wardrobe nice and clean. A charcoal grill is provided for you as is a Wii game system and cornhole. There is also WIFI in Savage Sands. With the beach just a couple blocks away and a swimming pool in your backyard you might not feel the desire to venture into town to explore the amusements and attractions that North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina offers. Hot tub was not working when we arrived but Elliott Realty came and fixed it right away. Beautiful stay.
This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our extend family. It was perfect distance from the beach. We also rented a golf cart for the week to explore cherry grove. Our children loved the lights in the pool. We will be returning.
House is lovely, beautifully decorated. Well laid out. Proximity to beach was great. Quiet area.
