This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite North Myrtle Beach destination for families who love laid-back beach days and spending time together along the coast. Simply Blessed makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your getaway, with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bath accommodating up to 18 guests.
An elevator adds convenience when moving between floors, while the dishwasher helps make family meals and cleanup easier. When you’re ready for some friendly competition, head to the game room for a round of air hockey or take the fun outside with a game of cornhole. Two sit-on-top kayaks with life vests offer another way to enjoy time on the water, and the charcoal grill is perfect for casual cookouts. After a day of exploring Cherry Grove and enjoying the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax with your favorite people.

Great property - stay in this area every year and this house by far the best
The house and location are beautiful. All the beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Very coastal design.
t was an awesome week with our kids and grandkids. Lots of room. Great comfortable furniture 6 reclining seats. Lots of Sturdy Outdoor seating and lounges around a great pool. The elevator was wonderful for the handicapped member of the family. Fishing in the backyard and off the dock was amazing for everyone. Short easy walk to beach and the pier. The best vacation rental we have been to in our 15 years of family vacations
Absolutely loved the house. Very comfortable, lots of space for everyone. Easy access to the beach. Very modern. Loved the pool. Spent a lot of time in the pool.
We had an amazing week at this beautiful, new rental! There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. Has everything you could want for your vacation. Game room, short walk to the beach with Life Guards. Amazing views of the Lake right out the back door where you can, fish, crab, Kayak (2-Kayaks were at the Cottage that we used) and a beautiful pool where we spent a lot of our time. There’s also fencing around the entire yard to keep the Kiddos safe from the Lake which was important to us because we had little ones with us. Also, has an elevator! This Cottage will not disappoint.
The house was the perfect setup for our family vacation. We had the best of both worlds. The lake to play in and the ocean to admire. The pool was a bonus to dip in and cool off. The elevator made carrying things up and down a piece of cake. The house was perfect. It was so nice to have the pool service come out daily to clean. The house was perfect!! Overall, a wonderful experience.
If we had known the layout of the property as in the kitchen and living area are on the top floor, we would probably have chosen a different place. Although the views are wonderful, the pool is awesome, kayaks a huge plus.
The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for all family members. Views of the lake and all types of birds visiting. The heated pool was amazing and appreciated the grills and corn hole game-all made for some great family time outdoors. Located in a very quiet spot with a quick, easy walk to the beach. Do note that the bed in the master is quite high! So if you are short, bring a step stool.
