This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This vacation destination is 5,800 square feet of luxury at its finest! Southern Hospitality has an open floor plan with gorgeous ceramic tile floors throughout the living room, sitting area, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, game room and eight-and-one-half baths. Plush carpet adds a soft touch to each of the eight bedrooms. Brilliant yet calming colors serve as accent walls all the way through this deluxe vacation house. Southern Hospitality is the perfect stop for a reunion. This amazing rental house can comfortably accommodate guests in unforgettable style with its impeccable attention to detail.
Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, SC Southern Hospitality has definitely not missed a cue. The game room includes both an air hockey table as well as a pool table, inviting a little competition among friends. If you would rather take a splash in the outdoor private pool or slip into the hot tub, these amenities are available as well. If you enjoy Wii, we have a console for your gaming pleasure. As you would also expect, Southern Hospitality features central heat and air, flatscreen CCTVs, DVD players, and access to WIFI as well as an oceanfront view from several rooms. House was spacious, comfortably furnished and had an amazing ocean view. We liked having a bathroom for every bedroom. Our family enjoyed our vacation at Southern Hospitality. When we had a few issues, maintenance crew was very responsive.
