This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Sun Sand and Sea offers up to 44 beach vacation guests nine bedrooms and eight full bathrooms as well one half bath for ease and convenience. There are 13 flat-screen TVs on the inside and a charcoal grill on the outside round out chillout time when you hang out at Sun Sand and Sea. The four oceanfront master bedrooms and the balcony extend oceanfront views. For a little friendly competition, you can take advantage of the checkerboard tables, pool table and foosball table during your big break here along the Eastern Seaboard. Central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer in the rental house and wireless Internet access offer more creature comforts of home away from home. More amenities that are included in this 2018 luxury beach vacation rental house new construction include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, an elevator, a Jacuzzi bathtub, an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, an outside shower, a wet bar and a private boardwalk.

This is a great rental for a family retreat. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the house and pool. It is in an excellent location and convenient to all facilities in Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay at this location for future family gatherings.
