This is a family rental property located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Imagine a place where everything is perfect; a paradise that sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, white sands, and the golden sun of the Atlantic Ocean. "Utopia" is an oceanfront vacation rental that lives up to its name.
Your Utopian vacation begins the minute you enter through the private gated driveway of this luxurious beach house. You will be captivated by the beautifully landscaped entryway as you make your way inside, where you are greeted by an immaculate, contemporary spacious area that stretches from the kitchen to the balcony. It's time to start designing your evenings around watching the spectacular South Carolina sunsets!
After you pick your jaw off the floor, unpack in one of the spacious five bedrooms, including four full bathrooms, with sleeping space for a total of 14 guests. There is also a detached Mother-in-Law suite making this the absolute ideal rental for everyone! Once settled and your stomach starts growling, head to the gourmet kitchen where you can play host to your friends as they sit at the kitchen bar to watch you utilize the high-end appliances. The dining table allows for conversation with a view of the seashore while you dine.
During the day, you and your friends and family will enjoy sitting around the expansive and inviting pool and hot tub, relishing the time you have together. Do you have a grill master in your group? Fire up the gas grill for a good ole fashioned BBQ! A short walk across the private boardwalk will lead you to the wide sandy beach. It is the perfect place to set up a volleyball game, build sandcastles, or scope out a cornucopia of shells.
When the sun goes down on North Myrtle Beach, the ocean isn't the only thing making waves. NMB's nightlife comes alive as soon as the sun lowers on the horizon, and whatever type of fun you're looking for, you'll find it here. You can take in a show after dinner, maintain a laid-back vibe with some live music and a beer, or let loose at a high-energy nightclub.
Between the pool, the game room with a ping-pong table, the nine flat screened TVs, the ocean, and the plethora of outdoor activities, Utopia is truly Heaven on earth for everyone ages one to one hundred!
