This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Featuring gorgeous wood flooring with a blue, yellow and brown decorating theme throughout the entire vacation house, Surfs Up has beautifully appointed rooms, is well maintained and exhibits nothing but luxury. Everyone will feel the sense of pride that this rental exudes from the moment they step into the dwelling.
Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC Surfs Up is a six-bedroom, four-bath oceanfront beach house that has a feeling of affluence. From an oceanfront screened-in porch to an oceanfront open covered balcony, the spectacular coast view is both breathtaking and bountiful.
To maintain a comfortable and inviting temperature, central heat and air are available. Since the dwelling is smoke free, it feels fresh. A washer and dryer are provided for laundering ease during your stay. Numerous flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players give you and your friends a chance to watch movies or favorite sporting events, the weather forecast or the news as you wrap up a fun filled day. WIFI enables you to post a status update on Facebook or tweet on Twitter before you head into dreamland.
Just a short stroll to the coast, you can spend as much time as you like at the beach. Feel the sun on your back and the waves crash into your legs as you look for pretty shells as they wash up on shore. Just minutes away, North Myrtle Beach with all of its amusements and attractions awaits you. Golfers can set up a tee time each morning at a new championship course as they hone their swing. Our stay was great! Surfs Up house was ocean view which was beautiful and relaxing. Everything was as described on website. We had a wonderful time with our family.
House is beautiful and nice location. Kitchen stocked well and house overall was very comfortable. The keypad to unlock door was very difficult to operate.
The location is fantastic, 100 steps to the ocean and even less to make it to the beach. The pool is perfect for when you don't want to walk to the beach.
Our family of 14 had a great week at Surf's Up! Love the layout of the house and the 6 bedrooms gave everyone their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed and more, including 2 coffee pots. The living area has new furniture compared to the pics. That may or may not matter to some. The air conditioning unit went out on us the first day but Elliott Realty jumped right on it and we had a brand new unit installed first thing Monday morning! Great service!! Would definitely stay here again!
Great location and very nice house. The location of this property is amazing! Located right on the beach and in walking distance of the pier and little oceanfront bar and grille. Check in process was easy and the keyless entry to the home made it very convenient for checking in and out. The overall layout of the house is great and can accommodate a large family. The home has a small but nice pool area that can be used when you or your family does not want to go to the beach.
