Living Beach 1 has a Private, Outdoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub.
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
If you make a reservation at Living Beach 1, you will experience true oceanfront luxury in North Myrtle Beach, and you will not have to leave anyone behind. This South Carolina beach house is perfect for family reunions or church retreats, and with seven bedrooms and eight and one half baths, you will have plenty of space to spread out in style. Living Beach 1 will make your vacation fun no matter the weather. If rainclouds loom on the horizon, the game room has a Foosball table and a pool table, plus the house boasts flatscreen CCTVs, so you can have a movie night for every genre at the same time. The built-in wet bar will make it really feel like a party.
There are plenty of amenities inside besides the entertainment. There are two master bedrooms with a spectacular oceanfront view, and the kitchen has beautiful granite counters that will make every meal feel gourmet. The rental has a washer and dryer as well, so no one has to bring back some unintentionally sandy souvenirs. When the weather is sunny, as it so often is in South Carolina, the outdoor pool and hot tub will be one of your favorite spots to hang out.
Just walk across your private walkway to the real star of your vacation, the expansive shore of North Myrtle Beach. Frolic in the Atlantic Ocean, hunt for shells, or just lounge in a beach chair and catch up on summer reading. It is up to you how you enjoy your South Carolina vacation. Still, the beach is not the only place to have fun near your luxury rental house. Since you are located in the Cherry Grove neighborhood, you will find plenty of things to do just minutes away. Fishing can be found at the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, while Barefoot Landing boasts shopping and plenty of restaurants where you satisfy your appetite for fresh seafood. Beach clubs offer dancing and live music, or you can go to the Alabama Theatre to see a show. Plus there are championship golf courses nearby. Renting Living Beach 1 can turn an ordinary vacation in a magical North Myrtle Beach experience.
