A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided for you so leave a few clothes at home and save the suitcase space for the goodies you might find at the nearby outlet malls.

My family and I had such a great time at this house!!! It was so beautiful, spacious, and perfect for the kids. Elliott was awesome and made our little weekend vacation stress free
DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED TIME OR MONEY HERE. Absolutely disgusting. 1900 North Ocean Drive Blvd was a newer home that looked to be years old because of Elliott. Check in is from 3-7pm and we got a text at 6:55pm that our unit was ready. With 10 kids and 14 adults we were more than ready to get our vacation started and head to the grocery store! Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 teenagers who were finishing up "cleaning" the home. When they asked how it looked I told them I was standing on a lot of sand and to let me check out the bathrooms. I yelled out to tell them they hadn't been cleaned and they RAN out the front door. As I walked around every other bathroom had hair, sand and used soap on the soap trays in the showers. Each and every bedroom had the comforter and pillows on the dirty sandy black floor. When I called to get resolution they sent 2 new cleaners at 8pm. They took all the dirty linens and pillows and placed them on the front porch and called for a truck to come pick them up and bring new items for the home. NO ONE picked up the phone for them or me. After 20 minutes of trying we decided to have them start to at least clean and our family had to head to Walmart to purchase $676 worth the sheets/pillows and blankets so that we could get the beds made and get our kids to sleep. We also had to purchase mops and cleaning products because the girls that came only had topical cleaning items. The next day I called to talk to Brandon and he apologized and said they would take care of the charges from Walmart and to call back Friday to discuss compensation on the home being that it wasn't useable until 11pm Saturday evening and we had to clean it ourselves and had NOTHING to sleep on which pushed our grocery shopping to Sunday cutting in to more of our vacation time. Sunday when we opened the dishwasher we noticed that the previous renters dishes were still in there dirty and realized we had no hot water to wash them with since the sink in the kitchen wasn't getting hot. We called again we're told someone would be out and that someone would be by to get the 24 piles of linens off of our front porch that our kids were trying to jump in repeatedly. They were also supposed to send someone out to fix 2 cable boxes that didn't work in 2 of the rooms. That evening Brandon called my phone 3 times from Elliott and played the hello game and pretended he couldn't hear me then did the same with my husbands phone. Fast forward to Friday you'll see his song and dance. Monday still no one had come out so we had to call again. Then at 6pm the musty now wet linens were removed after sitting outside for 2 full days. Tuesday no one had fixed the water so the owner of the home came out to fix it and called the cable company telling us they'd be there on Wednesday at 4pm. Which meant another day someone had to be available in the home and away from the beach. He was also disappointed by the pictures and had no idea the house was in such bad shape upon our arrival. He then left and rough back 2 people from Elliott with the missing linens/comforters and bed bug mattress covers. Unfortunately it was 3 days later. He did offer to do it with the Elliott employees but we were headed out for the day. Thursday we noticed they only credited our account for half of the Walmart purchases. When I called I was told they handle everything on Fridays. Friday at 830am I waited on hold for 15 minutes to talk to Brandon. Once he got on he started claiming he thought everything was taken care of on Sunday and that he had noted in his notes that he attempted to touch back on Sunday evening and never heard back....I wasn't born yesterday. I get your game. He also said he wasn't aware we had to buy so many linens and they weren't ready for that big of a bill. BECAUSE WE HAD NOTHING TO SLEEP ON. He changed his tune and fixed the credit but still charged us full price for Saturday even though we were made to live in filth for the night. This company is disgusting and I have a treasure chest full of pictures to begin posting.
The house was beautiful and lived up to the pictures on the site. It was perfect for our large family. Lots of open space and privacy if you wanted it. All the adults had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was also nice having our own pool as we could use it whenever we wanted.
